A young world, fresh from the yolk of the Void. A singular, massive landmass rises above the deep oceans. This supercontinent bears a massive inland sea, where supposedly all mortal life came into existence. This new world is still in it’s growing pains; tectonic and magical upheaval cause storms and disasters across the surface. Despite this, already growing civilizations have begun to carve their mark upon its surface. But where tools meet, conflict is quick to follow, and these fledgling empires are eager to expand their claim.

  
Notable Locations:

• Echa: Currently the northernmost area settled by mortals; a volcanic island rife with danger. Earthquakes are commonplace, the land itself sometimes opening up to swallow entire settlements whole. Volcanic ash and spontaneous lava flows can appear suddenly out of nowhere, decimating crops and livestock. Not least of all are the creatures and monsters that prowl the wilderness. Even the sea separating Echa from the mainland is treacherous with constant storms and hungry beasts that roam the depths. Yet the people of Echa not only survive here, but thrive. They are a society of self-sufficiency, community, and openness; All are welcome to Echa, if you can survive the journey to its shores.
• The Otherworld: Upon it’s birth, Boreas’ soul manifested as the Otherworld. It mirrors its material presence, yet is different. Time moves strangely, and powerful magical beings dwell there, personifications of places and things in the material world. Some rise to become gods in their locale, while others can wax and wane in strength, such is the nature of a chaotic young world.
